Saoirse Charis Graves — Pantoum Poetry, Play, Purpose. French Pantoum is a poetic form that is delightful and easy to use. It relies on reflection, resonance, and layered meaning to help the participant move more deeply into the mysteries of the heart. French Pantoum is a way of listening deeply through writing and allows certain phrases to return so we can meet them more than once and notice what changes.

Let’s Have A Story — 90-minutes, online. I read a short story or fable out loud to the group. And then invite rounds of reflection and noticing. The story becomes a map to find insight and intuition. About life. About work. Clarity inner and outer. Expect spaciousness. Expect playfulness. Expect the surprise of seriousness that sneaks in from that.

Dreams & Seams — 75-minutes, online. We share dreams (the night time kind). Even the tiniest of snippets or images. If you don’t have one, you draft off of others. We listen to the dream-sharer. And then use the phrase, “If that were my dream, in my waking life, this is what it makes me wonder about.” It’s not analysis. It’s integration supplemented by the REM world. Dreams — because we have them (or we want them again). Because dreams have invitations. Seams — because sometimes we need some stitching together of our life experiences.

Wanderful, A Becoming & Belonging Excursion is an invitation to dwell together longer (and perhaps deeper). It’s a deliberately crafted 3-4 hours of wander and wonder. As I say in the invitation, “Let us lift learning together. And practice. And insight. And joy. And sincerity. Because we are the humans we are, seeking the things we seek, and surrendering the things we surrender.”

I’m co-hosting / co-creating the October Excursion with Jenny Spector and Nadia von Holzen.
